Gold and Silver Set New Records in Nepal's Market on 12th Magh

On Monday, 12th Magh, the prices of gold and silver in the Nepali market reached historic highs once again. For the past three days, the prices of both metals have been consistently setting new records. On this day, the price of gold increased by NPR 5,200 per tola, and the price of silver rose by NPR 285 per tola, setting new records.
According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of hallmarked gold has reached NPR 309,000 per tola. On Sunday, the price of gold was NPR 303,800 per tola. Breaking this record, gold prices reached a new high on Monday. Similarly, the price of silver also increased by NPR 285 per tola, reaching NPR 6,765 per tola, surpassing Sunday’s price of NPR 6,480 per tola, and setting a new record.
