Neco Insurance Limited Announces 15.78% Dividend

Neco Insurance Limited has announced dividends to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has proposed distributing a total dividend of 15.78 percent, which includes 12.78 percent bonus shares and 3 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors during its meeting held on January 14, 2026 (Poush 30). The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders only after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and being passed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
