Final Day Today to Secure Dividends of 14 Listed Companies

Thursday, Poush 17, marks the final day to secure dividends of 14 listed companies. Shareholders who hold shares until today through NEPSE trading will be eligible to receive the declared dividends and participate in the upcoming Annual General Meetings (AGMs) of these companies.

The companies whose dividend entitlement closes today include Swarojgar Laghubitta, Arun Valley Hydropower, Samata Gharelu Laghubitta, Mero Microfinance, Shri Investment Finance, Api Power, Global IME Laghubitta, Kalika Power, Himalayan Laghubitta, SuryaJyoti Life Insurance, United Idi Mardi and RB Hydropower, Siddhartha Premier Insurance, Nepal Telecom, and Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance.

Out of these, Nepal Telecom and Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance have scheduled their book closure on Sunday, Poush 20, while the remaining 12 companies will close their books on Friday, Poush 18. Accordingly, only investors holding shares up to today will be entitled to receive dividends and attend the respective AGMs.
