Him Star Energy Company Limited has announced the launch of its IPO from 30th Jestha. The company is issuing shares for the affected local residents and Nepali citizens employed abroad.
The company has received approval to issue shares worth NPR 11 crore 19 lakh, which is 30% of the total capital of NPR 37 crore 30 lakh. Of this, 1 lakh 86 thousand 500 shares will be allocated to the local residents of the affected areas of Okhaldhunga and Solukhumbu districts, with a total value of NPR 1 crore 86 lakh 50 thousand.
Additionally, 93 thousand 250 shares will be reserved for Nepalis working abroad. The minimum application is for 10 units, and the maximum is 10,000 units.
The application period for local residents will be from 13th Asar to 29th Asar, while Nepali workers abroad must apply by 13th Asar.
The company has been rated "Double B Minus" by ICRA Nepal, indicating average risk in its ability to meet obligations. The company's 5 MW Bukhu Kapti Khola Hydropower Project has a total cost of NPR 123.85 crore.
The share issuance and sales manager for the IPO is NIC Asia Capital Limited. Local residents can apply through Citizens Bank and designated locations, while Nepali citizens working abroad can apply through the C-ASBA system.
