Swarojgar Laghubitta's Announcement: 14.62 Percent Dividend to be Distributed

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) has announced a dividend distribution of 14.62 percent to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The decision was made during a board meeting held on Falgun 21 (March 4, 2025). The dividend includes 13.89 percent in bonus shares and 0.7312 percent in cash (for tax purposes). The distribution will proceed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and ratification at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Currently, the promoter group holds 54.26 percent and the public holds 45.74 percent of shares. To increase public ownership to 47.28 percent, SLBBL is processing an FPO issuance of 195,733 shares. If listed before the book closure, new shareholders will also be eligible for the proposed dividend.
