Today is the Last Day to Secure Dividends of Prabhu Insurance

Thursday, July 17, 2025 (Shrawan 1) is the final day for shareholders of Prabhu Insurance Company Limited (PRIN) to secure eligibility for the upcoming dividend. The company will be closing its books on Friday, July 18 (Shrawan 2) for the purpose of its annual general meeting and dividend distribution.

• Shareholders whose trades are settled by today will be eligible to attend the 29th Annual General Meeting scheduled for Friday, August 8 (Shrawan 23), at 11 AM at Prabhu Complex, Tinkune, Kathmandu. The AGM will approve a proposal to distribute an 18% bonus share and a 0.9474% cash dividend for tax purposes. Additionally, the meeting will also pass proposals to issue 47% right shares based on the post-bonus paid-up capital, amend the company’s charter and regulations, and appoint an auditor.
