Gold and Silver Prices Decline in Nepali Market

Gold and silver prices declined in the Nepali market on Friday, Magh 23. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of gold fell by NPR 4,200 per tola today. The association has fixed the price of hallmark gold at NPR 291,000 per tola. On the previous day, Thursday, gold was traded at NPR 295,200 per tola.
Along with gold, silver prices also decreased. Today, silver dropped by NPR 270 per tola to reach NPR 4,710, compared to NPR 4,980 per tola on Thursday. The association stated that fluctuations in international gold prices have significantly impacted the local market as well.
