Forward Microfinance Decides Not to Distribute Dividend for FY 2081/82

Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FOWAD) has decided not to distribute any dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was made during the meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Falgun 24. According to the institution, the board resolved not to propose any dividend for the fiscal year and to submit the financial statements of the same fiscal year to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
