Gold and Silver Prices Surge in Nepali Market Amid Price Increase

On Sunday, Falgun 17, the prices of both gold and silver increased in the Nepali market. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold rose by Rs 5,600 per tola, reaching Rs 320,500 per tola, compared to Rs 314,900 per tola recorded last Friday. Similarly, the price of silver also increased by Rs 245 per tola, trading at Rs 5,985 per tola, up from Rs 5,740 per tola in the previous trading session. The rise in prices is attributed to the impact of international market trends along with increased domestic demand for precious metals.
