Last Day to Secure Dividend of Supermai Hydropower Today, AGM on Falgun 17

Monday, Falgun 12 has been set as the last day to secure dividends of Supermai Hydropower Limited (SMH). The company will close its book on Falgun 13 for the purpose of its Annual General Meeting and dividend distribution. Accordingly, shareholders registered with NEPSE by Falgun 12 will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the declared dividends.

The company has scheduled its 11th Annual General Meeting on Falgun 17 (Sunday) at Lisara Receptions Pvt. Ltd., Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 AM. The meeting will approve the proposal to distribute 20 percent bonus shares and 1.11 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. In addition, proposals related to issuing 100 percent right shares, amending the company’s memorandum and regulations, approving appointed directors, and appointing an auditor will also be discussed and endorsed.
