Arun Valley Hydropower Declares 8% Bonus Shares and 0.421% Cash Dividend

Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited (AHPC) has announced dividend distribution from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company declared an 8% bonus share and 0.421% cash dividend (for tax purposes). The decision was made during the board meeting held on Ashoj 1. The distribution will be executed after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
