City Hotel Sets Book Closure Date for Upcoming Rights Share Issue

City Hotel Limited has announced the book closure date for its upcoming rights share issuance.

The company plans to issue a total of 13.39 million units of rights shares at a ratio of 1:0.8 (8 new shares for every 10 existing shares) based on its current paid-up capital of NPR 1.674 billion, with each share priced at a face value of NPR 100.

The book closure has been set for Shrawan 27. Only shareholders holding shares till Shrawan 26 will be eligible to apply for the rights offering.

Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the rights share issuance.
