Final Day Today to Secure Dividends of Seven Companies

Kathmandu — Today (Poush 20, Sunday) is the final day for investors to secure dividends from seven listed companies. Shareholders who hold shares of these companies by the end of today will be eligible to receive dividends and participate in their upcoming Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

The companies whose dividends can be secured today are Citizen Investment Trust, Prime Commercial Bank, Reliable Nepal Life Insurance, Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company, Himalayan Everest Insurance, Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, and Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.

All seven companies are scheduled to close their books tomorrow (Poush 21) for the purpose of holding their AGMs and distributing dividends. Accordingly, only investors who are recorded as shareholders in the Nepal Stock Exchange by the end of today will be entitled to receive the declared dividends.

Investors are advised to complete their share transactions within today’s trading session to ensure dividend eligibility.
