• Minimum Price:

  • The minimum price for the shares has been set at NPR 100 per share.

• Purchase Process:

  • Any individual or institution can participate in the auction by submitting a bid.

  • The shares will be sold to the highest bidder.

  • Applicants must bid for the entire number of shares.

• Application Period:

  • Interested buyers can submit their sealed bids between Asoj 18 to Asoj 21 (October 4 to October 7).

  • Sealed bids must be submitted at Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi.

• Bid Opening Date:

  • The sealed bids will be opened on Asoj 22 (October 8) at 11 AM at the Prabhu Capital office.
