Laxmi Sunrise Bank’s 25th Annual General Meeting: Paid-Up Capital Reaches NPR 26.78 Billion with 10% Bonus Shares

Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited has successfully concluded its 25th Annual General Meeting, rewarding shareholders with a 10 percent bonus share distribution. Following the approval, the bank’s paid-up capital has surged to NPR 26.78 billion.
The AGM endorsed the Board of Directors’ report and approved the financial statements for FY 2024/25 (FY 2081/82). The meeting also appointed an auditor for the upcoming FY 2025/26 (FY 2082/83).
On the performance front, the bank mobilized NPR 371 billion in deposits and extended NPR 287 billion in loans during FY 2081/82. Its total balance sheet size expanded to NPR 443 billion, while the bank closed the year with a net profit of NPR 4.06 billion, reinforcing its strong financial standing.
