Muktinath Capital Limited Successfully Concludes 15th Annual General Meeting

Muktinath Capital Limited successfully held its 15th Annual General Meeting on Asoj 11 at Siddhartha Boutique Hotel, Boudha, Kathmandu, chaired by the company's Chairman, Samir Shekhar Bajracharya.

Key Highlights:

• Approval of Financial Statements:
  The meeting discussed and approved the balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, and related schedules up to the end of Ashadh 2081.

• Cash Dividend:
  The shareholders approved the proposal to distribute a 7.5% cash dividend (including tax) from the paid-up capital.

• Appointment of Auditor:
  The meeting appointed Nagar Koti Susan & Associates Chartered Accountants as the auditor for fiscal year 2081/82 and approved their remuneration.

• Amendment of Bylaws:
  A special proposal to amend the company's bylaws as necessary was passed during the meeting.
