National Life Insurance Announces 12.5% Dividend

National Life Insurance Company Limited (NLICL) has announced dividends to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has proposed distributing a 4 percent bonus share along with an 8.5 percent cash dividend, including tax, based on its current paid-up capital. The decision was made during the meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Poush 2. The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and being endorsed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
