Nepal Infrastructure Bank Announces 7th AGM, Proposes 6.31% Cash Dividend

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has announced that its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Mangsir 23, 2082. The meeting is scheduled to take place at Anupam Foodland & Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu, starting at 9 AM.

The bank’s 170th board meeting held on Bhadra 19 has proposed a 6.3158% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. Based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 21.60 Arba, the proposed cash dividend—including tax—amounts to Rs. 1,36,42,12,800.

The AGM will also discuss and endorse the auditor’s report, profit and loss statement, financial reports, and cash flow statements. Additionally, there is an agenda to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83 and elect two board members from the public shareholder group.

The book closure date has been set for Mangsir 12. Therefore, shareholders who hold shares before that date will be eligible for the dividend distribution and can participate in the AGM.
