NIFRA Extends Deadline for “6% Harit Urja Debenture 2088/89” Till Jestha 22

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has officially extended the application deadline for its “6% Nifra Harit Urja Debenture 2088/89” until Jestha 22, 2082. The debenture, which offers a fixed annual interest rate of 6% and matures in 7 years, had originally opened for subscription on Jestha 18, 2082. A total of 50,00,000 units, each priced at a par value of Rs. 1,000, are being issued. Of this, 60% (30,00,000 units) are reserved for private placement, while 40% (20,00,000 units worth Rs. 2 Arba) are available to the general public and institutions through public issuance. Additionally, 5% of the public portion, equivalent to 1,00,000 units, is allocated for mutual funds. The total capital to be raised from this issuance amounts to Rs. 5 Arba. NIMB Ace Capital Limited is acting as the issue manager. Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and up to a maximum of 10,00,000 units.
