Pure Energy Shares Listed on NEPSE, Trading to Begin from Tuesday

Pure Energy Development Company Limited has officially listed its ordinary shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). A total of 8 million units of ordinary shares have been listed.
Out of the total listed shares, 20% belong to the general public, while 80% are held by the promoters. NEPSE has assigned the stock symbol "PURE" to the company, which falls under the Hydropower category.
The company’s shares will begin trading from Tuesday (Jestha 14). For the first transaction, the price range has been set between NPR 96.45 and NPR 289.35.
Following the initial trade, a maximum fluctuation of 2% per transaction and up to 10% per day will be allowed.
Investors can now buy and sell Pure Energy shares through the NEPSE trading system.
