Prabhu Insurance Declares Dividend Including 8.7 Percent Bonus Shares

Prabhu Insurance Limited (PRIN) has announced dividend distribution to its shareholders from the profit earned in the last fiscal year. The company has proposed distributing a 8.7 percent bonus share based on its paid-up capital along with a 0.4679 percent cash dividend for tax purposes on the bonus shares. The decision was made during the board of directors’ meeting held on Falgun 17. The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders only after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement from the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
