Srinagar Agritech Industries (SAIL) Listed on NEPSE; Trading Begins Sunday

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) officially listed the shares of Srinagar Agritech Industries Ltd. (SAIL). A total of 16,312,500 shares of the company have now been listed.

Of the total listed shares, 3,262,500 units were issued to the public through IPO, while 13,050,000 units belong to the promoters.

SAIL’s stock will enter the special pre-open session on Sunday, after which regular trading will begin. For the first trading day, NEPSE has set an opening range of NPR 100.59 to NPR 301.77, within which the initial transaction will take place.

NEPSE has assigned the company the stock ticker SAIL.
