Supermai Hydro Share Price Adjusted

The share price of Supermai Hydropower Limited (SMH) listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange was adjusted following the company’s book closure for its Annual General Meeting and dividend distribution. The exchange revised the price after adjusting for the company’s 20 percent bonus share issue. After the adjustment, the new trading price has been fixed at NPR 591.67 per share.

Earlier, the company’s stock had closed at NPR 710 per share in Tuesday’s trading session. Based on this closing rate, the revised price has been determined. Trading will now resume using the adjusted price.

The company is set to hold its 11th Annual General Meeting on Falgun 17 at Lisara Receptions Pvt. Ltd., Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 AM. The meeting will approve the distribution of 20 percent bonus shares and a 1.11 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. It will also discuss issuing 100 percent right shares, amending company bylaws, approving director appointments, and appointing an auditor.
