SuryaJyoti Life Puts 1.125 Million Founder Shares on Sale

SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company has announced the sale of 1,125,344 founder shares held by the promoter group. According to the company, the offer is initially open only to existing founder shareholders.
Interested founders are required to submit applications within 35 days at the share registrar’s office—NIC Asia Capital, located in Thapathali, Kathmandu.
If no applications are received from founders within the stipulated period, the company said the shares will be opened to other individuals and institutions.
