Archana Pradhan Appointed Acting CEO of Guheshwori Merchant Banking & Finance

Guheshwori Merchant Banking & Finance Limited has appointed Archana Pradhan as its Acting Chief Executive Officer (Acting CEO).

The resignation submitted by the company’s CEO Toyaraj Adhikari on December 31 (Poush 17) has been approved, effective from January 16 (Magh 2).

A meeting of the Board of Directors held on Friday approved Adhikari’s resignation and decided to appoint Assistant General Manager Archana Pradhan as Acting CEO, effective from January 18 (Magh 4). Company Secretary Shivraj Bhandari confirmed that the decision was taken to ensure continuity in the institution’s management.
