Himalayan Bullion Company Moves Forward with IPO Issuance

Himalayan Bullion Company, a company engaged in silver trading, has officially moved forward with the process of issuing an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public. The company has announced that it has formally initiated the IPO issuance process.
Under the plan, the company will issue 1.25 million ordinary shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share, amounting to a total public offering worth NPR 125 million. Jyoti Capital has been appointed as the Issue and Sales Manager for the IPO.
The agreement related to the IPO issuance was signed by Bhishma Prasad Gautam, Chairman of Himalayan Bullion Company, and Bikash Dhakal, Chief Executive Officer of Jyoti Capital. According to the company, the shares to be issued will be allocated to the general public, including Nepali citizens working abroad, as well as to mutual funds and company employees.
As per the agreement, Jyoti Capital will handle all aspects related to the IPO issuance, including overall management, coordination with regulatory authorities, required documentation, and other technical tasks. The company stated that the IPO will be issued soon after completing all necessary procedures in accordance with the Companies Act, 2006 and the Securities Act, 2006 of Nepal.
