ICFC Finance Opens NPR 500 Million Debenture Issue from Falgun 11

ICFC Finance Limited has opened the sale of debentures worth NPR 500 million from Falgun 11. The company has issued 500,000 units of “8% ICFC Finance Limited Debenture” at a face value of NPR 1,000 per unit.
Out of the total 500,000 units issued, 300,000 units will be sold through private placement, while the remaining 200,000 units will be offered to the general public through a public issue. Of the public issue portion, five percent, or 10,000 units, have been reserved for mutual funds.
The debenture has a maturity period of seven years and offers investors an annual interest rate of 8 percent. Interested investors can apply through banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service and their respective branch offices.
The issuance will close at the earliest on Falgun 14 and at the latest on Falgun 25, after banking hours. Investors are allowed to apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 200,000 units.
The issue and sales manager for the debenture is Kumari Capital Limited. The company had received approval for the issuance from the Securities Board of Nepal on Magh 21.
According to the company, the debenture issue aims to mobilize long-term funds to strengthen its financial base and expand lending activities. The debenture is expected to provide investors with a stable and secure fixed-income investment opportunity in Nepal’s capital market.
