Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Company Gets SEBON Approval for IPO Issuance

Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Company Limited has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The approval was granted on Thursday.
The company has been authorized to issue a total of 5,860,000 shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share to the general public. In the first phase, the IPO will be opened for project-affected local residents and Nepali citizens working abroad.
The company has received a "CARE-NP BB (Is)" credit rating from CARE Ratings Nepal Limited, indicating a moderate risk level associated with the investment.
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager. SEBON granted the approval on 2081/03/19 (Nepali date), and the IPO opening date will be announced soon.
