Promoter Shares of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Open for Sale

A promoter shareholder of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has opened the sale of 2,000 units of promoter shares. The company has not set a fixed price for the shares.

According to the company, interested existing promoter shareholders can submit their applications within 35 days starting from today (Ashar 19). Applications must be submitted at the company’s corporate office in Mahalaxmi–4, Lalitpur, or at the share registrar, Kumari Capital, Naxal, Kathmandu.

If no promoter shareholder expresses interest within the given period, the company has stated that the shares will then be made available for sale to the general public.
