Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited Announces Dividend

Kathmandu, Poush 11 – Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited has announced a dividend distribution to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.

In a meeting held on Poush 11, the company’s board of directors decided to distribute a cash dividend of 8% (including taxes) based on the current paid-up capital.

The dividend will be distributed after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and being passed at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

This decision is expected to benefit the company’s shareholders in the upcoming year.
