Nepal Infrastructure Bank Announces 6.31% Cash Dividend

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited has declared a 6.3158% cash dividend (including tax) for its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The decision was made during the bank’s Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 19.

The proposed dividend will be distributed based on the current paid-up capital of the bank. However, the distribution will only take place after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank, the Ministry of Finance, and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

This latest dividend announcement has been viewed positively by investors, reflecting the bank’s continued effort to provide stable returns to its shareholders.
