Ruru Hydropower Project Announces 15% Bonus Shares and Cash Dividend Distribution

Ruru Hydropower Project has announced a 15% bonus share and a 0.78% cash dividend (for tax purposes) distribution from last fiscal year’s profits. The decision was made during the company’s board of directors meeting held on Ashwin 12.

Dividend: 15% bonus shares and 0.78% cash dividend (for tax purposes).
Rights Issue: The company plans to issue an 80% rights share on the capital after the distribution of bonus shares.
Annual General Meeting (AGM): Scheduled for Kartik 11, at Lisara Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu, at 11:00 AM.
Book Closure Date: Ashwin 30 (Shareholders registered until Ashwin 29 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend).

The company will hold its AGM on Kartik 11 to approve the proposed dividend and the issuance of rights shares.
