Sanima Bank Declares 5.2632% Dividend

Sanima Bank has announced a 5.2632% cash dividend. During a board meeting held last evening, the directors approved a proposal to distribute a 5.263% cash dividend (inclusive of tax) from the profit of fiscal year 2080-81, according to Company Secretary Rudra Prasad Banjara.

• Current Paid-Up Capital: NPR 13.58 billion

• Dividend: 5.263% cash (inclusive of tax)

• Approval: Pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming General Assembly before distribution to shareholders.

Shareholders will receive this dividend once it is approved by the regulatory body and ratified by the General Assembly.
