Sanima Mai Hydropower Decides Not to Distribute Dividend, AGM Scheduled for Chaitra 29

Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited has decided not to distribute any dividend to its shareholders from the profit earned in the last fiscal year. The decision was made during the board of directors' meeting held on Falgun 28. The company has also announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Chaitra 29. For the purpose of the AGM, the company will close its book on Chaitra 12. Therefore, only those shareholders who are registered in NEPSE records until Chaitra 11 will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
