Siddhartha Capital Deposits SSIS Units into DEMAT Accounts; Fund Size Increased to NPR 2.80 Billion

Kathmandu. Siddhartha Capital Limited has credited the units of its “Siddhartha Systematic Investment Scheme (SSIS)” directly into the DEMAT accounts of its unitholders. The company announced that the units were deposited starting from Chaitra 16.Earlier, the unit allotment process had been suspended after trading hours on Chaitra 2. However, following approval from the Securities Board of Nepal on Chaitra 5 to increase the scheme size from NPR 2.50 billion to NPR 2.80 billion, the allotment process was resumed.The open-ended scheme operates under Siddhartha Mutual Fund, with Siddhartha Bank Limited as the promoter and Siddhartha Capital Limited as the scheme manager. Unitholders can now check their updated unit details through their DEMAT accounts or via the MeroShare platform.The company has also expressed regret for any inconvenience caused due to the earlier suspension and reaffirmed its commitment to improving service efficiency in the future.
