Super Hewa Power to Issue IPO Worth Rs 192.9 Million

Super Hewa Power Company Limited has announced plans to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public worth Rs 192.9 million.
Under the IPO, the company will issue 1,925,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to the stated amount. To manage the underwriting and issue process, Super Hewa Power has signed an agreement with Muktinath Capital Limited.
The agreement was signed by Hark Bahadur Tamang, Chairman of Super Hewa Power Company Limited, and Kabindra Dhwaj Joshi, Chief Executive Officer of Muktinath Capital Limited.
Super Hewa Power is currently developing a 6-megawatt hydropower project utilizing water from the Hewa Khola in Ward No. 4 of Chainpur Municipality, Sankhuwasabha district. The company stated that the IPO issuance process will move forward after obtaining the required approvals from regulatory authorities.
