Surya Kund Hydroelectric Company Limited's IPO Allocation Completed

The initial public offering (IPO) of Solar Kund Hydroelectric Company Limited was allocated today. The distribution was completed through a lottery system at the office of the sales manager, Kumari Capital Limited, at 9:00 AM.
The company had issued 572,431 shares at a face value of NPR 100 each for the general public between January 18 and 21. The total value of the IPO was NPR 57,243,100. A total of 24,52,602 applicants applied for 2,61,32,800 shares. Of these, 24,11,992 applications were approved, while the remaining applications were canceled.
Due to an overwhelming number of applications, 57,243 applicants were allocated 10 shares each through the lottery system. After the distribution, the remaining 1 share was added to the allocation of one applicant, bringing their total to 11 shares.
Applicants can check the results of the IPO on the Kumari Capital website, the CDSC IPO result portal, or through their ‘My Share’ account. The results can be checked using the DP ID and other details used during the application process.
