Bhugol Energy Development Applies to Issue Rights Shares

Bhugol Energy Development Company Limited has submitted an application to the Securities Board of Nepal seeking approval to issue rights shares.
The company plans to issue rights shares in the ratio of 1:0.8866 (one existing share for 0.8866 rights shares). Based on this ratio, Bhugol Energy Development has applied to issue a total of 4,823,840 shares.
The issue and sales manager for the rights offering has been appointed as NIC Asia Capital.
The company stated that the rights share issuance will be opened to investors after receiving approval from the Securities Board of Nepal.
