Siddhartha Premier Insurance Declares 30% Cash Dividend

Siddhartha Premier Insurance has announced a 30% cash dividend. The board of directors' meeting held on Magh 21 decided to distribute a 30% cash dividend, including taxes. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the company's upcoming general meeting. In the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the company had provided an 11% cash dividend. With improvements in the company's financial position, the dividend rate has increased significantly this year. Shareholders are now awaiting approval, expecting higher returns on their investments.
