Manjushree Finance Announces Book Closure for 15% Cash Dividend

Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL) has announced that it will hold its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 31, 2082 at Thapagaun Banquet, New Baneshwor.

The 310th meeting of the Board of Directors held on Ashwin 07 decided to distribute a 15% cash dividend (including tax) from the profit of fiscal year 2081/82. The dividend will be distributed on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.35 Arba, amounting to a total payout of Rs. 20.27 crores.

Other agendas of the AGM include endorsing the auditor’s report, profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, as well as appointing an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.

The company has set Ashwin 22 as the book closure date. Shareholders registered before that date will be eligible for the dividend payout and can also participate in the AGM.
